The Kohl Center is Wisconsin's largest indoor venue outside Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Kohl Center is home to the University of Wisconsin's Badgers action. Both the men's and women's ice hockey and basketball teams call the Kohl Center their home stadium. Opened in 1998, the Kohl Center has three levels and holds more than 17,000 people at maximum capacity for sports events and concerts. The Kohl Center is located at the intersection of West Dayton and North Frances Streets in the southeast corner of the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.
